Cache Creek Casino Resort Awarded AAA Four Diamond Rating for the 18th Consecutive Year
Cache Creek Casino Resort proudly announced today that the casino resort was awarded the prestigious AAA Four Diamond rating for the 18th consecutive year. Cache Creek has held this highly distinctive award since 2005.Hotel properties are required to pass a rigorous unscheduled, in-person professional inspection to be awarded any Diamond Designation. For a hotel, Diamond Designations indicate the overall quality, range of facilities, and level of hospitality. According to AAA, a Four Diamond rating signifies that the property is upscale in style and amenities with just the right touch of guest service.
"We are thrilled that Cache Creek Casino Resort has been ranked among the top 6.5 percent of hotels in the United States," said Kari Stout-Smith, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Cache Creek Casino Resort. "The coveted Four Diamond status is impressive, but even more impressive is the number of consecutive years the property has earned it. Although the hospitality industry has endured many challenges throughout the pandemic, the interminable persistence of our team members in delivering a superior guest experience continues to make the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation and our leadership team proud," continued Stout-Smith.
"We are incredibly grateful for our team members and their ability to rise to the challenge in ensuring that our Diamond Designation standards are sustainable," said Lori Tousignant, Vice President of Hospitality at Cache Creek Casino Resort. "Our team is dedicated to ensuring our guests have a memorable stay at our resort. We take pride in offering first-class amenities, luxurious rooms, and an unforgettable guest experience," Tousignant continued.
AAA evaluates 26,000 hotels throughout the year in North America, and less than 2,000 make the Four Diamond list. For more information about AAA Inspections and Diamond Ratings, visit aaa.com/diamonds.
